The largest structural changes in the UAE government was announced by HH Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, during the World Government Summit 2016. The changes focused on preparing for UAE's future with the right tools. He announced his plan to create a younger government with fresh vision, enthusiasm and drive for the youth to turn dreams into reality.
